Red Wine

my friend recently gave me a bunch of venison steaks, i marinated them overnight in Lambrusco then pan fried them for a few minutes and they turned out fabulous! i really dont drink but will ahave a few glasses of it. sometimes i will add a splash of it to marinara sauce.
anyone here do anything w/red wine?

    I add a splash of wine to my cooking-just had a chicken stew with white wine. I love the taste! Glad your venison turned out well, I've never had it!

      if you ever get the chance at least try it. i like it in moderation. i am not a big red meat eater.
      another friend gave us some buffalo meat a couple years ago, we first had burgers, incredibly tatsy, much better that venison.
      anyway i know there are alot of things to do w/ white wine and was hopin to hear someone elses use for red wine, guess i will just have to drink a few more glasses!
