  I have one too that I rarely use and I should! One of the last times I watched Iron Chef America they used one for meat so it would be ready in an hour. Read the directions-just about anything goes like pot roast.

    Okay maybe this is a totally silly question but what's the difference between a pressure cooker and a crock pot.. hahah I totally thought they were the same things...

      Crock pots are for slow cooking and pressure cooking is for fast cooking-that simple. You put a really tight lid of a pressure cooker which has a little steam escape in it. You have to let the pressure out after it's finished. That's the part that scared me about them.
