Who waits on you?

Not sure if I've brought this up before, but do you ever get breakfast in bed or a meal carried to the table for you? Not me! Not even on Mother's Day. If my husband or son go to McDonald's or Dunkin' Donuts and bring me something (once a month if I am lucky), that is a big thing!

The washing machine waits for me to unload it,
so does the dishwasher for that matter.

Other than that, my M-I-L cooks for us quite often.
My hubby often takes me to cool restaurants.
    I really can`t complain.

    =)

I wish someone would cook for me. I like to cook and bake, but it gets to be such a chore. I've been cooking since I've been a little kid, like 10! I use to help my mom and grandmom. I had the best cookbook-Betty Crocker's first cookbook. My specialty was the meatloaf with mashed potatoes on top and lasagna.
We do go out to restaurants too.

        That's funny.
I just begged my sister to send me a BC cookbook for christmas,
know all I need is a Kitchen Aide!
        *rubs paws together vehemently*.

        I'm trying NOT to bake,
seeing as how I always need to "test the goods" & I tend to get a bit carried away.

Mmmmm, mashed pataters! ...+meatloaf, + lasagna!
(separately, or all, to-gether now, all together now!)

If you're ever in the neighborhood, I'll cook for you!
        ...& wait on you too!

        =.)

Thanks, I would relish the invite!
Meatloaf definitely a separate dish from the lasagna!!!

It's pretty rare, but it has happened a few times.. like if I'm REALLY sick or something, but even then it's more of a hassle having Jack do stuff in the kitchen, because he just messes it up. I mean I've got a system! And the aftermath after Jack makes dinner is like World War 3 or something! If I sweet talk him I can get him to go out for Starbucks and donuts.. so that's always there, but otherwise it's all me. It's kinda cute sometimes how helpless he seems though... I wonder how he got along without me before we married;)
